Royston & Buntingford Young Countrysiders
Junior club from 10-16 year olds. We meet fortnightly at Westmill Village Hall, near Buntingford as well as outside venues. We have a varied programme of events from First Aid to rounder’s, bowling, swimming, countryside walks, adventure days out, quizzes, Halloween evenings and many varied visiting speakers. This year we went off camping in Newbury, Berkshire during the summer holidays. We visited a racing stables and also stud, went to Newbury races, had a bar-b-cue also went to an Activity centre in the New Forest. We are hoping to do something similiar in 2008!
Members are from all walks of life, so come along and join in the fun, you don’t have to be connected to farming to become a Young Countrysider!!!

North Herts Seniors
North Herts YFC is a club for 16 – 26 year olds. Our approximate membership stands at 20. We meet up weekly on Wednesday evenings in the Baldock area. This is our official club night. Our meetings range from playing sports, bowling, the cinema, quiz nights and attending social events such as discos both within Hertfordshire and neighbouring counties such as Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex. Earlier in the year we had a day out at Cheltenham races and also visited a micro brewery.
We have an AGM every year (November) when members of the club hold positions such as chairman, secretary, programme secretary and many others. Young farmers is a club run by members for members.

St. Albans Young Countrysiders are aged between 10-16 years. They have approximately 20 members and meet weekly on Friday evenings in and around Harpenden and Redbourn area. They have a variety of meetings, some of our recent meetings included, Air Support Unit, Watford Post Office, Visit to Houses of Parliament, go-karting and many many more…

Meet every Tuesday evening mostly at The Green Man at Sandridge around 7.30ish. Recent meetings have been Quasar Lazer, a Night Hike, visit to Chilton Brewery, a wine tasting evening, and also a sports evening. We are a fun group with a range of ages from 16-26! Would welcome some new members.

Rib Valley Young Countrysiders
Our newly formed club are looking for new members aged between 10-16 year olds. If you are interested in the countryside and outside activities we are the club for you. We meet fortnightly at The Three Rivers, Westmill Farm, nr Ware. Our future meetings are varied and interesting, we have craft evenings, rounders/cricket evening, visit to Hertford Museum, a farm visit and also a bar-b-cue evening. Very recently formed new club meeting mostly at The Brambles in Buntingford. We have a varied and interesting programme being set up. Our members age from 14-20 and would love to see some new members. Meetings for the future is a bowling evening, craft evening, quiz night, sports evening and new programme of events for the 2008. We recently held a very successful acoutstic evening in Buntingford where we had around 100 people come along to. Come along and join in the fun, we are looking for new members.
